Who we are
A boutique consulting firm helping
people and teams achieve agility,
high-performance, and success.
We integrate Behavioral Analytics, Neuroscience, and Coaching to help people
achieve success and satisfaction in their careers.
We integrate Organizational Psychology, Aggregated Behavioral Analytics, a Team Efficacy Model, Project Management, and Coaching
to achieve team cohesion, and team effectiveness, to deliver desired company outcomes.
Our research and experience identified the critical need for an approach that works with people’s natural behaviors instead of against them. So we founded Predictive Potential to bring our integrated multi-disciplined approach to the people and organizations who need it!
Germaine has over 30 years’ experience as an organization development and performance improvement professional. Her work has focused on workforce design, succession planning, team-based resourcing, and organizational performance assessment and improvement in the nuclear energy, workers’ compensation, and healthcare sectors.
With degrees in Business Administration and Industrial Relations, complemented by continuing studies in Integral Psychology and Organization Development, she brings a unique perspective to the development of vibrant and effective human systems: the intelligent, adaptive, and creative dimension of every organization.
Germaine has pioneered new approaches to integrating human and organizational factors into the design and implementation of process-based integrated management systems in high-reliability settings. She has published her ground-breaking approaches to building resilient organizations in a series of White Papers and a handbook, Process-based Management Systems for High-Reliability Organizations. Co-authored with John Paciga Ph.D., this handbook provides whole system organizational designers and systemic change agents step-by-step guidance on how to apply her approaches to aligning meaning, propensities, and systems in support of high performance.
Germaine has traveled extensively as an expert lecturer on safety culture in nuclear on behalf of the International Atomic Energy Agency. Working in countries as diverse as China, Nigeria, Belarus, and Brazil, she has motivated senior leaders, professionals, and frontline staff to adopt the progressive and diligent ways of working demanded by the safe use of nuclear technologies.
An expert certified Successfinder™ practitioner, Germaine has developed new ways of addressing organization performance challenges, including culture and leadership issues, using predictive people analytic data to understand workforce strengths and challenges and to define systemic development and improvement priorities. Convinced that human beings are the heart and soul of every organization, she continues to ask the question - ‘How can organizations aspire to become what their members have the potential to be’.
Beyond her ongoing consulting work, Germaine has a thriving psycho-spiritual life coaching practice that uses mindfulness techniques and provocative self-reflection exercises, and Trust Circle principles and practices to cultivate insight, build resilience, and foster wellbeing. This work is based on her first book, Meaning-Making: The Power of Meaning Systems, in which she takes readers on a guided self-discovery journey around 7 Theatres of Mindfulness.
Before launching her international consulting career, Germaine held progressively more senior leadership positions in provincial worker’s compensation and cancer treatment systems, where she directed recruitment and selection, leadership development, and performance improvement initiatives.

He began his career as a talent management and organizational effectiveness consultant with The Home Depot in Atlanta, GA. Haitham was the executive coach and mentor to over 120 senior executives leading organizations ranging from start-ups to multinationals from a broad range of industries, including retail, investment banking, consumer goods, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and telecommunications.
Haitham enjoys working with leadership teams seeking to improve interpersonal relationships, trust, and effectiveness in meeting organizational needs. He specializes in vertical development, helping executives navigate the more complex, unpredictable, and rapidly changing business ecosystem of today. When Haitham isn't working with organizations, he follows his other passion of helping individuals find their best career match for satisfaction and success.
Haitham holds a Ph.D. in industrial & organizational psychology from the University of South Florida. He is a certified expert-level practitioner with SuccessFinder and GetFive Coaching.
At home in Pittsburg, you'll find Haitham perfecting his recently learned baking skills and testing baked goods on his family and 3 cats. An avid traveler until the pandemic slowed things down, Haitham feeds his mind with sci-fi fantasy books, 90's playlists, and getting his hands dirty with gardening.
